Looking into the future
Nano has the potential to bring big breakthroughs in many of these environmentally friendly technologies - making them cheaper and more efficient - perhaps giving us solar panels which can be wallpapered onto our houses, simple, cheap water treatment for the developing world and dramatic improvements in pollution and emissions clean up.
Many, many countries are working together and separately to help make these things a reality.
