Product Directory

The Woodrow Wilson Centre in the USA Nanotechnology Consumer Products Inventory lists products from companies who have volunteered they are using nanotechnologies. This includes a UK section which you might find useful. However, this doesn't give any information on the nano component and how it is used. A little more detail on that can be found here on Nano&me.
